Car quotation

This feature enables car owners to create and send personalized rental quotes directly to potential clients, providing a seamless and efficient way to secure bookings.

Creating and Sending a Quote

  1. Navigate to the Quote Creation Tool: Go to "Your cars" and select the "Create Quote" button.

  2. Fill in the Quote Details: Provide all the necessary information including car details, rental period and location, price and discount if needed. To finish you need to add the clients email.

  3. Preview and Send: Before sending out the quote, you will have the opportunity to preview it and ensure all details are accurate. Once you're satisfied, hit the “Send” button.

What the Client Sees

The client will receive a preview of the quote containing all essential information. A prominent “Pay” button allows them to quickly and securely proceed to payment.

  1. Review Quote: Clients can thoroughly review the quote details to ensure everything aligns with their needs.

  2. Proceed to Payment: By clicking “Pay”, they will be redirected to FlynCar to either log in (for existing users) or sign up (for new users), and then proceed to securely complete the payment.

Managing Your Quotes

All your sent quotes can be tracked in the Your Cars section > See all quotes.

Remember, each quote is valid for one-time use only. Once a client accepts and pays for a quote, it is considered closed and cannot be reused.

FAQs

  1. Can I edit a quote after sending?

    • Once a quote is sent, it cannot be edited. Ensure all details are correct before sending.

  2. What happens if a quote is declined?

    • When a quote is declined, it cannot be reused. It's definitively closed.

  3. Is there a limit to how many quotes I can send?

    • Currently, there is no limit. However, we recommend focusing on quality and accuracy in each quote.
