Can't log in
Possible reasons you can’t log in:
Wrong password
Double check that you’re entering it correctly. If it still doesn’t work, try resetting your password. Note: only you can modify your password. Our support team cannot access it or help you change it.
Wrong email address or account
Make sure you’re signing up via the same credentials you used to create your account:
If you signed up with an email account, make sure you’re using the same email address.
If you signed up with your Facebook, Google, or Apple account, make sure you’re logging in with that same account.
