# Can't log in

Possible reasons you can’t log in:

* **Wrong password**

Double check that you’re entering it correctly. If it still doesn’t work, try resetting your password. Note: only you can modify your password. Our support team cannot access it or help you change it.

* **Wrong email address or account**

Make sure you’re signing up via the same credentials you used to create your account:

* If you signed up with an email account, make sure you’re using the same email address.
* If you signed up with your Facebook, Google, or Apple account, make sure you’re logging in with that same account.
