# Impossible de se connecter

Raisons possibles pour lesquelles vous ne pouvez pas vous connecter :

* **Mot de passe incorrect**

Vérifiez que vous le saisissez correctement. Si cela ne fonctionne toujours pas, essayez de réinitialiser votre mot de passe. Note : vous seul pouvez modifier votre mot de passe. Notre équipe d'assistance ne peut pas y accéder ni vous aider à le changer.

* **Adresse e-mail ou compte incorrect**

Assurez-vous de vous inscrire avec les mêmes identifiants que ceux que vous avez utilisés pour créer votre compte :

* Si vous vous êtes inscrit avec une adresse e-mail, assurez-vous d'utiliser la même adresse e-mail.
* Si vous vous êtes inscrit avec votre compte Facebook, Google ou Apple, assurez-vous de vous connecter avec ce même compte.
