# Depósito de seguridad

Los propietarios no pueden cobrar un depósito de seguridad al conductor a través de nuestro sistema de pago adicional o fuera de la plataforma de FlynCar. En su lugar, informamos al conductor en el momento de la reserva que su método de pago puede ser cargado si causan daños durante la estancia.

#### **Reembolsos por daños sin un depósito de seguridad**

Si usted, alguien que invite o una mascota causa daños durante el alquiler, el propietario puede solicitar un reembolso a través de nuestra plataforma. Si usted no acepta la solicitud del propietario y no la paga, FlynCar se involucra.

Si FlynCar se involucra y determina que usted fue responsable, su método de pago puede ser cargado.
