# No puedo iniciar sesión

Posibles razones por las que no puedes iniciar sesión:

* **Contraseña incorrecta**

Verifica que la estás ingresando correctamente. Si aún no funciona, intenta restablecer tu contraseña. Nota: solo tú puedes modificar tu contraseña. Nuestro equipo de soporte no puede acceder a ella ni ayudarte a cambiarla.

* **Dirección de correo electrónico o cuenta incorrecta**

Asegúrate de registrarte con las mismas credenciales que utilizaste para crear tu cuenta:

* Si te registraste con una cuenta de correo electrónico, asegúrate de utilizar la misma dirección de correo electrónico.
* Si te registraste con tu cuenta de Facebook, Google o Apple, asegúrate de iniciar sesión con esa misma cuenta.
