# Kann mich nicht einloggen

Mögliche Gründe, warum du dich nicht einloggen kannst:

* **Falsches Passwort**

Überprüfe, ob du es korrekt eingibst. Wenn es immer noch nicht funktioniert, versuche dein Passwort zurückzusetzen. Beachte: Nur du kannst dein Passwort ändern. Unser Support-Team kann nicht darauf zugreifen oder dir bei der Änderung helfen.

* **Falsche E-Mail-Adresse oder Konto**

Stelle sicher, dass du dich mit denselben Anmeldedaten anmeldest, mit denen du dein Konto erstellt hast:

* Wenn du dich mit einer E-Mail-Adresse angemeldet hast, vergewissere dich, dass du dieselbe E-Mail-Adresse verwendest.
* Wenn du dich mit deinem Facebook-, Google- oder Apple-Konto angemeldet hast, vergewissere dich, dass du dich mit demselben Konto anmeldest.
